Therapy with a Psychologist in Tauranga.

I work with adults and teenagers navigating a range of challenges including grief and loss, burnout, low mood, stress, sleep, anxiety, life transitions, relationship problems (existing or can’t seem to find/sustain a relationship) and those seasons where things feel heavy or stuck.

Sessions are a practical space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and find next steps that fit your values and how you want to be.

Mount Maunganui & Papamoa, Tauranga.

I offer sessions online and in-person (Mount Maunganui / Tauranga). If you’re not sure where to start, that’s okay — we can begin with what’s most pressing and work from there.

Who I work with

  • Adults or teenagers (13+)
  • People feeling depleted, overwhelmed, stuck, or “high functioning” but running on fumes
  • Clients wanting evidence-informed therapy with a straight-up, practical approach

If you’re unsure whether I’m the right fit, you can reach out with a brief note about what’s going on. If I’m not the right match, I’ll do my best to point you toward a better option.

Fees

Fees and availability are kept current on my Clearhead booking page.

  • Session (60 minutes): $215
  • Walk n Talk (90 minutes): $325
  • Executive Coaching: $250

What to expect

  1. First session: we clarify what’s bringing you in, what you want to be different, and what support has (or hasn’t) helped before.
  2. Shared plan: we agree on a focus and what progress will look like in practical terms.
  3. Tools + next steps: sessions typically include skills, reflection, and (if useful) small things to do between sessions.

Executive Coaching

Even high performers in small, medium and large businesses can benefit from reflection and coaching. Whether you’re a starting founder or leading a team of others, executive coaching is an opportunity for professional development and external, unbiased perspective.

FAQ

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes — online sessions can work well if you’re time-poor, travelling, or prefer the convenience of home.

Do I need a referral for therapy?

No referral is required to book privately. If you’re accessing sessions through a third party (e.g., EAP), we’ll clarify what they require before the first session.

What if I’m in crisis?

If you’re at immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, call emergency services or access local crisis support. This page and contact form aren’t monitored for urgent responses.
