I offer small and medium sized business owner coaching in Tauranga / Mount Maunganui and online across New Zealand.

Why this began
I see the same pattern in small business owners: successful on paper, but personally running on empty. Owners carry the risk and the people-management, long after everyone else clocks off, and usually only reach out once things are already wobbling.
We keep it practical: clarity under pressure, leadership blind spots, delegation, and building a rhythm that doesn’t cost you your health.
I offer an neutral place to think strategically rather than constantly respond to what’s urgent, with psychological frameworks about what humans need.

How coaching works
As a psychologist, I bring a deep understanding of human behaviour, performance, and stress systems into coaching conversations.
This is not therapy, but it is psychologically informed executive coaching- practical, reflective, and focused on forward movement.

Monthly sessions (12 per year) with flexible scheduling options.
